Ashley AI had been searching high and low for the Ugg Tasmans in Chestnut for my daughter for Christmas. I had family and friends all over the country keeping an eye out but they have been sold out everywhere. I found Carella’s on TikTok and placed an order, I received the Uggs within 4 days. Jenna CMy boys have been fitted several times now at Carella's as their feet grow. Each person who works there is so patient, kind, and great at what they do. They treated my 4yr and 2yr boys like family and even let them "help dust" when they wanted to 'work there'. It's so fun to be able to take them back to the shoe store I grew up getting shoes from!

Marisa MGreat experience! My sisters really wanted UGGs for Christmas but they are sold out everywhere. I found their TikTok saying they had UGGs in stock and immediately went online to order. They arrived two days later!

They were incredibly helpful, nice and welcoming. They paid close attention to my son who's not even 2 years old and doesn't sit still. They did a great job and we left with a new pair of shoes. My son hasn't stopped running since! I highly recommend them and will be returning."

The prices are equivalent to what you will find online, but with personal service. The salesman was patient and attentive to my children. There's no reason to shop online for sneakers for your kids or yourself when can go to Carella's shoes for the same price but actually get to try them on."

The staff there is so nice and helpful to getting a good fit for my child. Very friendly to him too even though he was running around the store. Shoes are expensive $50 for my little guys pair but service was worth it."

Ginger S.I've been scammed before ordering shoes online so I was a bit nervous placing an order. My running shoes fit perfectly but have been discontinued. Carella's showed they had them in stock, I was leery because I spent hours searching online and no one else had them in stock, I couldn't even find them on EBay. I love the chat option on their website. Not only did they respond immediately when I asked to confirm they were in stock, they also sent me a photo of the box showing the size and color. This put my mind at ease for ordering online. Shipping was fast and the shoes were exactly what I was looking for.
